Girl… let’s get one thing straight right now: self-love is not selfish. 💙
Somewhere along the line, we were taught that pouring into ourselves is wrong. That taking time for YOU means you’re neglecting everyone else.
That if you say “no” to something (or someone), you’re being difficult. But here’s the truth...you cannot pour from an empty cup, babe. And if you keep trying, you’ll burn yourself out and start believing you don’t matter. 😭
I don’t know who needs to hear this today, but YOU matter. Your energy matters. Your joy matters. Your peace matters.
