Lets talk, self-love isn’t just some airy-fairy, whimsical process.🙂‍↔️ It’s not about lighting a few candles, taking a bubble bath, or throwing around affirmations without truly believing them. Don’t get me wrong—those things can be beautiful acts of self-care. 🥰 But self-love? That’s something deeper, something grittier. ⛏️ It’s work. Real, intentional, often uncomfortable work.
